I HELP YOU BUY PROPERTY IN SICILY WITH CONFIDENCE
My name is Dagmara Polańska
Sicily is my home. Real estate has been my profession for many years. And my clients’ security is at the heart of everything I do.
I am a Polish real estate agent, licensed to practise in Italy and registered with the Agrigento Chamber of Commerce (REA AG-231494).
Before moving to Sicily, I worked and ran businesses in Poland for many years. This means I understand not just two languages, but above all two different worlds: how people think, negotiate, handle formalities and do business in Poland and Italy.
And it is precisely between these two worlds that I work every day.
MY STORY
A love for Sicily
that became my profession
I do not sell the dream of Sicily.
I help people turn it into reality with their eyes open.
MY STORY
A love for Sicily
that became my profession
I do not sell the dream of Sicily.
I help people turn it into reality with their eyes open.
I know how easy it is to fall in love with the view from a terrace, old stone walls, a lane leading down to the sea, or a home that costs less than a garage in a major Polish city.
But I also know that buying property in Italy is not just about emotions.
There are documents to check, planning, cadastral, legal and technical matters to investigate, negotiations to conduct, taxes to calculate, notaries, surveyors, tax offices and dozens of details that someone buying from abroad cannot necessarily be expected to know.
I, on the other hand, need to know them.
Because a good real estate agent should do more than simply close a sale.
Above all, they should make sure their client knows exactly what they are buying.
Poland and Sicily
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to understand both sides of a property transaction.
I understand Polish buyers navigating Italian regulations for the first time and encountering terms such as visura catastale, conformità urbanistica, agibilità, compromesso and rogito.
But I also understand Sicilians: how they negotiate, communicate and conduct business.
That is why I am more than a language interpreter. I am a bridge between two different worlds.
A HOME IN SICILY
It should be a dream come true, not the beginning of problems.
That is why I do not promise that every property will be perfect.
I promise something different: I will be on your side, tell you the truth and do everything I can to help you make informed decisions.
Sicily can capture your heart in just a few minutes.
But buying property is a decision worth making with your head as well as your heart.
